FAQ
Below you'll find some of the most frequently asked questions I receive and my answers to hopefully help answer any questions that you might have.
Q. How easy is it to get your prints framed?
A. Very easy. The prints come in 8x12 inches and 12x18 inches in size and these are popular frame size. They are also borderless and so can be framed immediately.
If you would like a custom print please get in touch with me and I will do everything I can to accommodate.
Q. How long does it take to get my prints?
A. Once your order has been submitted the prints will be printed and dispatched to you within 48 hours.
Q. What kind of paper do you use for your prints?
A. Fuji Crystal archive paper with a semi-matt finish, 231 gsm. The paper is coated with a slightly stippled texture giving a very natural photographic finish with subtle colour. Great versatile paper, very natural and works well with all photographic images. Maintains colours in a very natural way, giving a detailed, 3-dimensional beautiful photographic reproduction. All of my prints are available on this paper.
Q. How long do the prints last?
A. Photographic C-type prints are made by exposing light onto colour paper, which is then developed and washed using traditional photographic techniques. You can expect these prints to last 56 years while on display and 100+ years when kept in storage.
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. I can only honour returns and refunds if the print is defective or damaged on arrival. If you would like a refund then you need to send it back to me and I will issue a refund once I receive the print and it is deemed to be defective or damaged. If you would like a replacement then one will be printed and dispatched to you free of charge.
